Returns Policy and Cancellations
Returns
Before requesting a return, please make sure the products comply with all the following conditions, in accordance with our conformity of products.
The products must be in their unused, original condition, with all tags attached and any special packaging and accessories included for a refund. Incomplete, washed, damaged, worn or altered items will not be accepted. Full instructions on how to return the products are on the returns form.
You can return products you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days from delivery of the order for a full refund (minus custom charges) or exchange.
- The return must be requested within 14 days from delivery of the order
- The return parcel must be handed to the courier within 14 days from when you requested the return
- The parcel can only be returned from the same country it was delivered to
- The shipping costs of returning products is at the costumers own cost
- Please print the returns form and include this in your package
Refunds
As soon as we have received your return, it will take approximately 7 to 10 business days to process your refund.
Cancellations
If we have not yet dispatched your order: An order can be cancelled by notifying us by email at customerservice@goxhosa.com of your wish to cancel the order. This must be done within 5 business days of the order being placed.
If you have cancelled the order in accordance with our cancellations terms, we will make a full refund.
We may refuse to accept an order;
- where goods are not available;
- where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
- if there has been a pricing or product description error;
or if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions
